  • Our beds are handmade, which takes us time.
  • Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email – our normal delivery time is between 8-10 weeks.
  • For curtain poles and accessories, our delivery time is normally 1 - 2 weeks.
  • If you need your bed sooner, please call us.
  • When your order is nearly completed, we will contact you to organise a suitable delivery date.
  • Our team will carry your bed to the room of your choice.
  • Packaging will be removed if requested.
  • Self assembly is simple.
